Service Description

Learn the methodology and science behind having a compliant dog whilst teaching your dog basic cues in a relaxed and informal class. You will learn how to train your dog, not only basic cues but how to enjoy a harmonious life with yourself. Your dog will learn sit, down, stand, leave, stay, recall, manners through doors, side sit at kerb, etc. All methods are reward based and designed to be fun for both the dog and owner so your dog WANTS to follow your cues. We guarantee only effective, efficient and ethical techniques and definitely no dated aversive tools such choke chains or half chokers. Open to all dogs over 6 months of age that are comfortable in the presence of other dogs and handlers. Please Note: Any behavioural issues such as anxiety, reactivity or excessive barking would require 1 - 1 assessment and training to resolution before booking. This is to ensure that the class is suitable and that there is no impact on other dogs in the class. PLEASE NOTE Although this is an eight week course, it is held over 10 weeks due to there being no class on 10th December and Christmas Eve.
